About

I work across product, space and systems — blending engineering logic with sustainable thinking and a distinctly European design sensibility.

Background

I’m a designer who thrives at the intersection of form, function, and innovation. I’ve lived, studied, and worked across the EU, and those experiences shaped the way I think and design. Moving between countries taught me to adapt quickly, understand different perspectives, and appreciate the many design traditions, materials, and ways of making that exist across Europe. With a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (2017), Gothenburg, Sweden, I have built my career across the UK, France, Italy, Sweden, and Hungary. My practice is shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine respect for craft.

Perspective

My approach is intentionally multidisciplinary. Beyond my master's degree, I've pursued specialized studies in textiles, fashion illustration, and sports & outdoor clothing design.

I believe in questioning assumptions and approaching design challenges with curiosity and critical thinking. The best solutions emerge when technical precision meets creative exploration.

What I Offer

A multidisciplinary approach to design challenges, combining strategic thinking with hands-on creativity and a commitment to sustainability.

Product Design & Development

From concept sketches to functional prototypes, I create thoughtful product solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.

Selected Projects

Abstract Door Handle Explorations

Abstract Door Handle Explorations

Translating abstract concepts into functional door handle designs through iterative prototyping. Material experiments focused on tactility, ergonomics, and organic form.

Visual Communication Project

Visual Communication Project

Visual storytelling and graphic systems developed for research-driven and sustainability-focused initiatives.

Sustainability

Sustainability-driven product and system design
Designing products from the system outward — materials, processes, and long-term impact.

Eco-design–driven product development with a systems perspective — combining technology, social context, and circular design to reduce environmental impact from the very start of the design process.

What Sustainability Means

Sustainability in design is systems thinking. It's about understanding how materials, manufacturing processes, use patterns, and end-of-life scenarios interact across a product's entire lifecycle.

Environmental impact doesn't come from a single choice — it emerges from how decisions interact across the product lifecycle. From raw material extraction through production, distribution, use, and disposal, each phase influences the others. Sustainable design means mapping these relationships and designing with the whole system in view.

Expertise & Background

Research-Based Foundation
My sustainability work is informed by hands‑on experience at RISE Bioeconomy, where my Master’s thesis explored how bio‑based and circular principles can be translated into practical product design. By collaborating with researchers I deepened my understanding of materials and strengthened the analytical side of my design practice.

Interdisciplinary Practice
I've worked in research-driven environments where sustainability intersects with material science, engineering, and business strategy.

Social and Environmental Systems
Early work in participatory innovation and community projects shaped my understanding that sustainability is both environmental and social.

How I Work

  • System mapping & impact hotspots
  • Material and process strategy
  • Circular and regenerative design principles
  • Design for longevity, repair, and reuse
  • Alignment of sustainability goals with business and production realities
  • Translating research and complexity into clear design directions

Values & Long-Term Perspective

Sustainable design requires long-term thinking. It means designing not just for product launch, but for the product’s entire life — and the system it exists within.

I work with transparency about trade-offs, respect for environmental limits and human needs, and a commitment to co-creation. The goal is not perfection, but continuous improvement and real-world adoption of better solutions.
